On 26th October at 4pm the Observatory Supply Chain Finance in collaboration with MIP – Graduate School of Business del Politecnico di Milano and the Supply Chain Finance Community is hosting an afternoon conference entitled Supply Chain Finance: What’s Up In Europe?
Supply chain finance has been attracting a lot of attention. Innovative working capital management solutions are improving access to credit and supporting strategic partners along the supply chain. And yet, while the Supply Chain Finance Observatory of the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano estimates a potential market value of around €570 billion, only around 27% is currently covered through supply chain finance solutions.
Compared to other European countries, Italy’s potential market is well above average, primarily due to the long collection times for commercial revenues.
So what does supply chain finance actually mean for you? What are other European countries doing? Has Italy been left behind? These and many other questions will be answered during the event.
